The privacy and confidentiality of our conversations as well as our records is a privilege of yours, protected by state law and our profession’s ethical principles. It cannot be released without your written permission, except for the following circumstances that we are legally obligated to report:

- When we believe you intend to harm yourself or another person, or there is evidence of intent, a plan, or means to harm or injure yourself or another;
-When we believe that a child or elderly person has been or will be abused or neglected; or
-When we are ordered by a Judge to release information.
